I live in Villages at Berwick and am really disappointed to discover that we're expected to pay amenity fees for amenities that do NOT exist. I don't think it's right that every household in this subdivision is expected to pay $1 a day for absolutely nothing in return. I don't mind paying for amenities when they exist, but until then, I refuse to pay a cent!

I also live in Villages at Berwick and completely agree with the amenities’ issue. What is being done with the money that has been collected? My other question is, when are the covenants going to start being enforced? We specifically picked this community because it did have standards of appearance according to the covenants.

I think if enough people call Landmark 24 to complain about unsightly landscaping and such..they will have to enforce the convenants. As far as the amenity fees, I don't mind paying as long as they tell me where the money is going..landscaping, security patrols, etc..I personally plan to call and make my concerns known and I certainly hope that they respond. If they don't, I will call again...please do the same before this neighborhood goes downhill before it's even completed.

Hi Everyone

My husband and I just moved in October 40, 2008. A couple of weeks ago I attended the Homeowners meeting to elect the new board. I was disappointment in the turnout considering different comments I have read. We need to get involved to make this a happy community. I am looking forward to meeting new people and getting involved.
I was disappointed we can not use other tennis courts and I was looking forward to being able to play tennis and meet people.
I am looking forward to meeting new people and would be happy to help organize events to make this happen.
Sandy A.
