First step would be to fire all of the HOA members for being incompetent, rude, liars. Second issue is to cut in half the ridiculous HOA fee which has sky rocketed to 127.35 a month, for substandard services and unenforced rules. Nothing but broken promises and a steady declination in property value and quality of living has taken place since we moved in. I strongly regret buying into this community, it was a SCAM.
